Unopened bags of product may be eligible for return within 14-days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused/unworn, in the original packaging, and with product tags.
Proof of purchase or receipt will be necessary.
If your return request is accepted, we will send a return shipping label, along with instructions on where and how to return your package. Items sent back without a confirmed request will not be accepted.

We strongly recommend shipping eligible returns back to us within 7 days of the return request, and please keep in mind that Kitty-Medi-Check cannot be held responsible for any lost or damaged returns during transit.

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with Kitty-Medi-Check, contact (email@example.com) within the first 30 days of the original purchase date and it will be our pleasure to help you get started on the process.

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and we want to make it easy for our subscribers to manage their orders.
